How to delete your data.

What you can request

You can ask us to delete the identity and audit records system8 services hold for you. After we process the request, signing in again creates a fresh record as if you had never used the service.

How to make the request

  1. Send an email to s@system8.ai with the subject line "Data deletion request".
  2. Include the email address you used to sign in. If you signed in through Google or Facebook, list that account's email.

What happens next

We confirm receipt within two business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. The confirmation reply tells you which records we removed.

What we delete

  1. Your Identity Platform record (removes the link between your email and the upstream identity provider's stable id).
  2. Audit-log entries that reference your email.
  3. Any per-app records keyed on your email across system8 services.

What we do not delete

Aggregated, non-identifying analytics data remains. Backups expire on their own schedule (90 days) and we do not surgically remove records from them.
